|Portfolio Finance Director for 4 businesses purchased by Private Equity client from large international company. Mentored finance leads at each business and supported MD's and Private Equity owners, developed a cross-portfolio cash and treasury management process including operation of a common Invoice Discounting scheme and management of cross-portfolio covenant reporting. Supported ongoing analysis and financial planning for potential bolt on acquisitions, whilst supporting exit from vendor Transitional Service Agreements and finalisation of completion accounts.
|Carve Out/ Seperation|
|Worked closely with the Divisional Management, Group Finance team and advising bank of a German based multinational advising on the creation of a Seperation and Standalone plan as part of a divestment process. During this significant project I was directly responsible for the management of a diverse number of work streams with divisional operations across Europe and the USA. The division was ultimately purchased by a sector competitor and integrated into this business using the seperation and integration plan as a basis.

|Completed Operational Due Diligence for purchaser of large division of German chemical multinational including review of Vendors Seperation Standalone plans. Identification of and subsequent negotiation support for required Transitional Service Agreements. A second phase included a review of purchasers plan for Post Merger Integration and synergy plans into a second purchase, followed by several manufacturing site reviews to identify potential cost savings.
